But if any of it was perhaps a little 'embellished', and your forgot what wrote (or made up some previous jobs or exam results), you could slip up. Obviously, you didn't do any of this, did you...?
Funnily enough at my interview they didn!!!8217;t have my application form in front of them. They asked me 5 competency based questions and that was it. I thought it was odd to honest, but I asked someone who currently works for them and they said same thing happened at there interview. That's the current fashion, ask everybody the same competency based questions, it's supposed to avoid favouritism and various other -isms.
If it's one of the local rail companies up here, they're too busy cancelling trains to make recruitment decisions.0 -

Yep - we have a bank of 15 ish questions and we divvi them up between us. Everyone gets asked the same, however after the question has been asked we can probe further to find out more.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
