Swollen feet after flight

My feet were decidedly swollen after we arrived in Turkey after a 3 and three-quarter hour flight. They didn't go down properly for days!
What's weird is, it didn't happen on the return flight.
I didn't have too get up to go to the loo on either flight and tried to keep well hydrated and kept my feet and legs moving from time to time.
Any suggestions (I bought flight socks then left them at home
, I'll wear them next time)

hi noonesperfect the same thing always happens to me there and back, i think it has something to do with the cabin pressure but if in doubt or you are worried have a chat with your doc HTH:iloveyou:0

If anyone comes up with a good suggestion for this I'd be pleased to hear it. The swelling on the flights from UK to Australia is a real pain in the bum for me. I found that the flight socks, though they help with the legs, obviously don't help arms, fingers, thighs...Softstuff- Officially better than 0070
