Given that you're an employee and you're being paid through PAYE there shouldn't be much need for forecasting as your employer will do all the calculations for you. And if just under £1K is going to be your regular pay amount then you'll pay very little tax at all - quite possibly none if you had no earnings in month 1, as your total for the year will be under the standard personal allowance.0
