TSB Mortgage accounts on line

I still cannot access a TSB mortgage account on line.
I sent a complaint form in the week before lasr and have not heard anythuing back and the phone line is always busy.
My query is simple, does anybody know if there will be an option to view such an account on line one day?

"Sorry mortgage accounts can’t currently be viewed on Internet Banking or the Mobile App. We know there’s a problem here and we’re trying to put things right. In the meantime, if you need to speak to us urgently about your mortgage, please come into branch or call us on 0345 835 3380 (lines are open 8.30am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm Saturdays, excluding UK Public Holidays). Please be aware though that we’re much busier than usual so it may take us longer than normal to help."

The option to view mortgage accounts online was available before the recent IT troubles, and it will be coming back again once they have sorted themselves out. It's not seen as a priority for them as they need to get the current account and credit account issues fixed first

Awesome, thank you both. It makes sense that this type of account will be far less of a priority than bank accounts.
