in Cutting tax
Hi
I’ve just started a new PAYE job which has a company car. I also do work in my own time for which I pay tax via the self assessment.
PAYE salary = £25k (I make £150/month pension contribution)
Company car value = £28300 18-19 tax rating 26%
The tax for the benefit in kind of the company car will be taken from my tax free allowance.
My question is how much more can I earn on my self assessment before I reach the higher tax threshold?
Many thanks in advance for any help
