Work Focused Interview - Claiming Carer's Allowance & IS

Have been 'invited' for a Work Focused Interview at the Jobcentre -three years since the last one so was expecting it although I am wondering if anything has changed regarding the rules etc the DWP now enforce.
My understanding of the regulations the last time I had one these interviews - bearing in mind I claim CA (along with income support) was/is that I can't be made to look for work or take part in any work related activity without agreeing and which in view of the fact I currently look after an aged parent for in excess of 80+ hours a week is currently impossible.
Is there anyone reading this in similar circumstances (claiming CA and IS) who has recently had such a WFI and can tell me what to expect?

The last one I went to was just a box ticking exercise, very nice lady who understood the situation entirely and said basically it was to make sure people are aware that there's help to look for work if they wanted to; at the time I think there were some free online courses you could access as well for things like CV writing, no idea if that is still the case but it wasn't anything unpleasant, just really to say they've seen you, made you aware of x, y and z and then they say bye until next time
