We have taken the first step! but need some Advise

1. we feel we have taken the first steps of getting our dedt sorted by contacting the CCCS and have a one on one chat. They have put us on a Dedt managment plan which starts 1st December 2007.

2. This is where i would like some help and Advise i have read on the site about claiming back bank and credit card charges and loan protection. Should i claim or is it a bad idea as im on a dedt management plan ?

As your going into a DMP I'd say don't bother. Not many companies are refunding charges at the moment anyway because of the test case in the high court.

We've worked out what the charges were and will use that as leverage when we offer Full and Final settlements in a few years time.
