Provident loans handed to pensioner

Hi I’m in a battle with them at the moment to my nan was 78 when she had her first loan the age on there site is 74? From 2008 to 2012 she had 33 loans all paid but how she did it is beyond me we think she rolled over her loans, anyway she died this year and we have only just found out! She was house bound and has copd and vulnerable in our eyes, we have taken it to FOS to look into but because it was over 6 years it’s taking a while, I’d go to them if I was you provident are getting away with it and is absolutely shocking and upsetting

Yea we got got power of attorney and now in ya hands of FOS

I always say if you borrow it pay it back, but in cases where the loans have been refinanced over and over, and especially for elderly people, it stinks of provident using underhand and borderline illegal lending practices.
