    Mine arrived today too :D Could have done with a little more packaging as just a plain envelope isn't that secure, but can't fault it for free, perfect birthday or Christmas present for my brother :D

    Are you sure that wasn't from "songpeople"? I joined them about a year ago and got the same DVD in a cardboard sleeve. The survey was a bit long and got a bit of spam surveys (about 30 min+ to complete) were only the first 50 or so got an other dvd. But of course didnt ever tell you if you qualified. (Ended up blocking them).

    But this one turned up after a couple of days in a proper dvd case and sealed (just like if you were to buy it out of a shop. Survey wasn't to long either.

    do you have to check "receive monthly surveys" to get your dvd?
