writting off loans

i have heard there is a little known government legislation that you can get your loans written off if you are in full time work, does anyone know about this. i dont think its an iva

or you could just pay your loan back like you agreed?

it's not worth entering these agreements unless you absolutely have no other option as your credit rating will be shot to pieces
