Question on siblings staying different number of overnights with nrp

I am the primary carer of 3 children. If one of the children spends a different number of overnights with the non-resident parent per year than the other 2 siblings, would this affect the child maintenance payments and if so how? For example, if child A spends 130 nights with the non-resident parent per year and child B & C spend 90 nights per year, how would the calculations be worked out? Would the CSA just use the number of nights spent by any one of the children? Or use an average of the shortest and longest number of nights? All 3 children are the biological children of the non-resident parent and there are no other children living in both households. thanks

CMS will calculate the normal rate for your case first.
they then look at the children and give an allowance
based on the number of nights that each child stays with the NRP
there is a 1/7 deduction for each child of there share of the maintenance calculated for 52-104 nights and 2/7 for over 104 nights.
so in your case they take the calculated amount, divide it by 3 to get the amount due for each child. they then reduce the amount per child by 1 or 2 sevenths depending on the number of nights and then add the 3 final amounts together to get the correct amount to be paid.
