in Cutting tax
HI,
My boyfriend moved in with me last September and we rented his house out.
I know we need to do a self assessment for tax etc
Does anyone have any advice on how we register/what we can and and cannot claim?
All the basics really.
Thanks

Firstly, there is no "we". If it is his property then it is his income on his tax return.

you asked the question 1 year ago and the same person gave you the same info :rotfl:
If you haven't read it by now then employ an accountant to do your tax for you.
