Hi Everyone
I have been accepted for mortgage by lender . I have unsatisfied CCJ of 790 which is 4 years old. I have hearing for CCJ set aside in june .If is it set aside. Can I ask lender to give a mortgage with lower interest rate?

Thanks for your reply. I am going for sub prime lender. They have tiers of mortgage interest rates. Interest rate decreases as the CCJ becomes old. So what you think ,After I got mortgage offer, will they upgrade with new interest rate If CCJ is set aside.0 -
They will probably want to see it removed from your credit report first which can take time, but they may be happy with a letter from the courts.
