Same horse (ITV7 & WH.Lucky 7) in both races

Do you choose same horses in Both ITV 7 & William Hill Lucky 7 races (if they both include same races)? Giving you less of a chance to win more (accumulation of both websites) or choose different horses on both sites giving you more chances of winning less?
