If I received a Tomlin Order, do I still need to apply to set aside?

Another question. I saw this comment on another forum. Is this true and more likely to be set aside?
"In hindsight and a better chance of having the consent order approved would have been to engage a solicitor to send it for you. The court can deal with consent orders as an administration process without involving a judge but that's only if both parties have legal rep."0 -
Yes, you apply to the court for set aside (N244, fee unless remission) which takes the claim back to the pre-judgement stages.
The claimant will not object to this and will not continue their claim providing you have signed for the tomlin order.
The judgement will be removed from your credit record.
You don't need a solicitor0
