Hi lovely people! We as joint applicants have got a DIP for a new home under help to buy option, credit check was fine my mort advisor told me, now the mort adv visited me and hv collected all originals pay slips etc etc, now my question is that we both used to work part time before but now we are working full time and therefore can apply for mortgage wich will be 140k after 20% HTB, we used to get child tax credit which was abt 150 per week but now we are receiving only about 18 pounds but have not added it as extra income, so, will lender question as to why ctc is not included as extra income? Will it be a problem? Also i was 3 month in no job Before 5 months as my wife started working and i looked after my 3 yo son.
Also we hv a lot of expenses and still have never overdrawn and bad credit, we are jointly earning about 38k per anum.
Kindly help
