1. Promotion period: the promotion opens on 11th April.
The closing date is 5p.m. 31st July 2018.
2. Eligibility: You must complete the entry form to enter. Mitsubishi Electric will gather your delivery details from the form. You must be aged 18 years old or over. You must be resident in Great Britain (England, Wales, Scotland only). Mitsubishi Electric employees and their immediate family members resident at the employee!!!8217;s home address and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry into the prize draw is free and subject to competition conditions.
4. The HomePod cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
5. Mitsubishi Electric will accept only one entry for any home address.
Any double entries will not be accepted.
6. Mitsubishi Electric is not responsible for any entry lost, delayed or altered in transmission.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to suspend or discontinue this promotion at any time by written notice to entrants and/or to cancel the promotion or amend any of these rules if deemed necessary in its opinion. In such cases, Mitsubishi Electric will not be responsible for any loss or damage or expense as may be suffered by any entrant through not receiving their prize. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at Mitsubishi Electric!!!8217;s sole discretion. No purchase is necessary.
11. Your prize will be sent by post to your home address within 28 days after Mitsubishi Electric!!!8217;s receipt of your name/home address details for delivery. Whilst Mitsubishi Electric will use appropriate packaging for posting your prize to you, Mitsubishi Electric is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or non-delivery of your prize. Mitsubishi Electric is not responsible for any cost or expense you may incur if you are not present at home to receive the delivery and then have to attend a postal collection office to collect your prize.
