Credit file cleanup - partially satisified

Hi everyone, just finished sending letters to all my creditors after i was made bankrupt in 2016.
Had two identical letter back from lloyds and halifax. The letter said they would now mark my accounts as 'partially satisfied' however if i pay the full balance they will change this to 'satisfied'.
I was under the impression that after discharge they should change the defaults to satisfied, or am i mistaken and partially satisified is correct?
Thank you!

Partially satisfied would be right, if not fully paid.
There's little practical difference though, given the history of the accounts.0 -
Partially satisfied is the correct marker in a bankruptcy, as it reflects that the lender was forced to settle for less than the full amount.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

So if when i check my credit file in a couple months, if the default date has moved to the exact date i was made bankrupt, and the accounts marked as partially satisfied, then im good to go? Thanks again!0 -
