I've just looked and whilst I don't think my amount's gone down by a lot, it does seem to have reduced. There is a support email to try on the account info page - they might be able to answer as to why it's happened.

They seem to have completely stopped sending me surveys this year - has this happened to anyone else?

• Hi,

the email address is - supportuk@yougov.com.

I experienced the same problem and they assured me that it was due to the upgrade and they do keep a separate record. However, when they amended my credit they gave me too much unless that was for the inconvenience and they didn't mention it.

I'm having trouble logging into it, everytime I try it closes my browser...rather annoying as I want to check my account hasn't been reduced!
If it hurts no-one, let it be

I've been Money Tipped!
I never get anything other than the BrandIndex ones. I've been registered for about 2 years and I've only got £11.25!

I'be been with yougov since Oct 2005 and am now up2 £49.60 - earnings almost soley based on the brandindex surveys - I have filled in a few non-earning ones in the hope it would put a few extra paid ones my way - don't think I'll carry on once I get the £50 paid out!
