Hi all...new to this but wondered if anyone can advise.I have debts totalling £50k and have been recommended by Stepchange to take out a IVA instead of s debt management plan and bankruptcy...any advice would be appreciated

I agree with sourcrates, unfortunately we don't have enough information to advise you on whether an IVA is your best option. A good place to start is by completing a statement of affairs and posting it back on the forum. You can find one here
