    Hi Toto
No I do not include the boy's DLA as family income because I use that on things which they specifically need because of their difficulties. I try to save any left over each month to pay for treats for the kids so I would not want to rely on that as my income, especially if their DLA rates changed, it would be a big shock ! They need quite alot of it spending on them each month so there is never really much left anyway.

Sorry for being blunt, but this is perverse. You are adding the extra costs of your sons' disabilites to your expenditure list but not counting their DLA? How is your budget ever going to balance?

And you are not in a position for treats. Until your partner is able to pay you a good amount of maintenance regularly, you need to concentrate on paying the essentials. You have not get adjusted your mind set to match the situation in which you find yourself.

Either you do both these or you are going to get into more financial trouble. Then life really will start to get unpleasant, for you and your sons
