Will I still need to provide 3 months worth of bank statements?

Hi everyone,

I have just started a new job on a permanent contract, I am aware that it is possible to still get a mortgage even though I haven't yet started my new job.

My questions are

- Will I still be required to provide 3 months worth of bank statements to the lender as my income up to now isn't based on what it will be in the future?

I ask this question because I intend on applying very soon and I do not have any old statements without ordering some, which I do not want to do.

-My second question is

Would I be able to obtain a 95% mortgage, under the criteria of of not having 3 months bank statements or payslips?

Do you have a broker? These questions should ideally be aimed at them?

Get a broker and ask them :)

There are plenty of fee-free ones.

Or are you intending to do it all yourself? As you seem to want 95% with a new job, I'd expect a broker to be the way to go?

WE always require three months bank statements.

The lender requirement may not be the same.

You may qualify for a 95% mortgage, we don't know. It will depend on your overall case quality.
