If I won with ITV, how am I informed?

I enter the ITV comps using postcards.

I have lots of labels printed with my details - name, address, phone number and email.

Most ITV comps says to put your name and number on a postcard. Although I just stick a label with all my details, I'm wondering if:

a) I'm disqualified as I'm putting more details than just my name and number (afterall, they need my address to send a cheque to, right?)

b) If I did win and not able to answer my phone (as I work full time), does that mean I have missed my chance? will they leave me a message to call back?

Usually with the postal ITV comps you only put your name and phone number on the card so I would have thought they would call if you won :)

    a) possible you might be disqualified but why bother with any extra information - it is also very unlikely to be transcribed when your details are entered on the entry database as it would be obvious that it was a free entry and they all need to look the same for winner selection. (and why put your details out there generally in the postal system if you do not need to?)

    b) some of their competitions require a rapid response but not many and they will usually make several attempts to call you.
5.1. General contact: The winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw date or judging date (as appropriate) as indicated in the interaction information. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner on the phone number provided when entering the promotion or such other method of contact deemed appropriate by the Promoter in its sole discretion in the circumstances. Unless the prize is time critical or time sensitive, the Promoter will try to contact the winner over a 4 week period.

5.2. Time critical: Where the prize must be taken up within 1 month of the close date of the competition, the competition will be considered !!!8220;time critical!!!8221;. As a winner needs to be found before the time to take up the prize passes, the interaction information will indicate the date(s) when entrants must be contactable and the Promoter will try to contact the winner on the phone number (or other method of contact (if appropriate)) provided, calling three times in a three-hour daytime period or as indicated in the interaction information.

5.3. Time sensitive: Where the prize must be taken up by a date which is more than 1 month but less than 6 months after the close date of the competition, unless otherwise stated in the interaction information the Promoter will try to contact the winner on the phone number (or other method of contact (if appropriate)) they provided over a two week period or as indicated in the interaction information.
