Still on Nigella (see my frittata thread), what is good quality chocolate that I can cook with? I don't normally cook with chocolate, bf isn't too keen on it, so always make stuff like fruit flapjacks for him.
I want to make Nigella's Rocky Road Somethingorothers, and the Intense Choc Cookies. Yum.

does it have to be cooking chocolate - Lidl do some nice dark chocolates, that are reasonably priced, and that I've used in cakes and sauces before now?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

Or if anyone wants to go Fairtrade, the Divine range melts really well“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

A word of warning though: when you pour it into the moulds, don't be tempted to put them in the fridge to cool quicker, it has a tendancy to get a marbled top if you do (or at least Dairy Milk does when I put it on my tiffin), so try and let it cool naturally if you can.0
