After about an hour, they are rather lush - not totally frozen.
I'm thinking I can make loads of yoghurt ice-cream and freeze it - save freezer room on all the yoghurt pots. And I can serve home made ice-cream
at the wedding do. So far I have: Brie, coke (from ages ago), salt popcorn, and the cocktails.... so yoghurt ice-cream will be add to the weird food selection!
