Eligibility:
1. The Pro Plus;holiday like a pro this summer,
competition is open to residents of England,
Scotland,
Northern Ireland & Wales aged 18 or over
(a scanned copy of identification will be required
of the winner and any guests,
before the prize can be claimed).
Employees and their immediate families,
of Pro Plus the Promoter,
its agents or anyone
professionally connected to this promotion are
not permitted to enter.
2. Only 1 entry per person will be considered,
regardless of entries.
Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using
alternative details including.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade,
consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
If it becomes apparent that a participant is
reposting the same content multiple times or using a
computer(s) to circumvent this condition by,
for example, the use brute force
or any other automated means,
that persons entries will be disqualified and
any prize award will be void.

3. Participants agree that they are not required
or induced to consume Pro Plus in order to enter this competition.
The Promoter accepts no liability in the
event of any allergic reaction, side effect,
incorrect use or illness as a result of consumption of Pro Plus.
Prize:
4. There is one prize available to one winner
and includes all of the following elements:

5. All other costs and expenses in taking up the
prize not set out in the stated package description
will be at the winner expense,
these include but are not limited to
transfers to the location, meals,
drinks and gratuities unless stated as
included in the prize description.
6. The prize is not refundable and cannot be transferred
or re-sold.
All locations and dates are subject to availability.
a. Prize winners may be subject to security checks
and bag and/or vehicle searches in order to
comply with accommodation procedures.
The accommodation chosen cannot take
responsibility for personal property brought in.
b. The venue owners are entitled to eject
any persons from the venue if non-compliant
with safety/security procedures.
c. The venues will open and close each day
at the times specified.
d. The prize must be completed by expiry
date of the vouchers as shown on the voucher
7. Winners are to ensure the property is looked
after and their chosen accommodation ensure the
property is cleaned and left as to how it was found when checked in.
Please refer to Air Bnb T&C for full details of responsibilities.
a. Cleaning will include:
ensuring all waste is taken to any communal refuse bin,
all utensils and crockery are cleaned and put away in the correct cupboards,
outdoor equipment,
if provided (such as BBQs) will also need to be cleaned.
b. The property could be located within a fully occupied,
private residential building.
Please respect the neighbours by ensuring
there is no excessive noise or disrespectful behaviour.
c. Any damage will need to be reported at the earliest convenience.
If any items need to replaced or any extra cleaning is needed,
we reserve the right to pass this cost on to the winner.
d. Check-in and Check-out times will be notified to the winner
on booking by Air BnB host.
Failure to check out on time will result in additional costs.
Winner Selection & Notification:
8. One winner will be chosen at random by Cosmopolitan
Competitions on the [INSERT DATE].
The prize is non transferrable and will be issued to the winner
listed as the lead contact at the time of entry,
the winner will then be able to bring along additional guests
subject to chosen flight and accommodation costs.
Any guests will also need to be 18+ years of age.
(A scanned copy of identification
will be required of the winner and their guest,
before the prize can be claimed).
Any amendments made by the prize winner after the
booking is confirmed
will be subject to administration charges.
Some amendments may not be possible.
9. Winners will be notified by Cosmopolitan Competitions
within 4 weeks after the competition goes live.
If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to
initial winner notification within 5 days from the date of the initial notification,
the prize may be reallocated by Cosmopolitan Competitions to
a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
10. Bookings must be made through Air BnB and Ryan Air in advance of travelling.
In the event of cancellation,
the prize winner or any other travellers will not be entitled to claim
any refund or replacement prize.
Bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of Air BnB
and Ryan Air suppliers,
a copy of these is available upon request or can be accessed
at the links included.
All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set
out in the stated package description will be at the winners expense,
these include but are not limited to transfers to the location,
meals, drinks,
visas and gratuities unless stated as included in the prize description.
General:
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter,
or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer)
affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion,
and only where circumstances make this unavoidable,
the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend,
terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time
with no liability to any entrant or any third party but will
always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants
in order to avoid undue disappointment.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the
prize and/or refuse further participation in the competition
and disqualify the participant if there are reasonable grounds to
believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
13. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part,
except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter
reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which must be provided within 14 days)
and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
15. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the competition, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate the affected entry.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the competition other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
17. The promotor and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for hotels / packages / activities etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, please make contact with Air Bnb and refer to their T&Cs
18. The Promoters decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.
19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
20. This Promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
