Mortgage application with Tsb

Has anyone else put an application in with Tsb? I know they are having system problems but My thoughts are that they are only affecting existing customers.
Valuation was done two weeks ago now , but still waiting for a mortgage offer. They’ve not requested any additional documents thus far. Is two weeks a long time to be waiting for a mortgage offer?
