First Time Posting Long Time Reader

Hi all,

Finally got the guts to post on here. Will post an SOA a little later but have to go out shortly.

Firstly i know my situation is not going to be half as bad as what some people have posted on here but still bad to me.

I dont think the problem is having too much debt but not organising myself correctly.

I am getting in quite a state and worrying about money, had to buy some new glasses for myself yesterday and spent the whole afternoon panicking because i was spending even though i needed them (been getting migranes as they are 3 years out of date :O)

There is only me and my partner and two cats in our household but we seem to go through money like we have an army.

Some positive news though, got a job, have been temping since July but as of monday will be permanently employed on the NHS with a salary jump from 12k to 14k with yearly increases which is good because been on 12k for 5 years.

Like i say will post SOA later and hopefully someone can calm me down.

Laters and heres to a fresh organised start!

Welcome! Don't worry its not a competition of who has the worst debt hehe!

Get the SOA when you have time and I am sure that panicky feeling will pass when you feel you have some structure and a plan in action.

congrats on your first post, it did not hurt did it!!

Assume u r posting here as you are interested in comps, go for it!
I have not comped for a while as lost heart as not many wins after doing loads over the years.

Biggest wins have been computer and really expensive camera, both arrived when I really needed them studying and then doing placement work.
Have won loads of small stuff over the years from fridge magnets to t-shirts.
Not found a satisfactory way of using the internet to comp so hope that using this site will do it for me!
    Best of luck to all.
