Advice Needed

My husband and I are in the process of trying to obtain a mortgage. After obtaining our credit files it was find that I had a few issues with mine.....being 3 ccjs. I called the companies and paid these immediately as I wasn't aware these had been put in place (many may call me stupid). They were registered nov 16, nov 17 and feb 18. They are all completely paid and I have nothing else owing against me.
I am wondering if anyone knows of anyone out there who would be able to give us a mortgage with these having been paid off. We have found a property and fallen in love with it and ours is currently on the market.
Desperately need to find someone to help. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Then perhaps you should wait a while longer before applying for a mrtgage. Allow some time to build some credibility. This isn't going to provide any lender with any confidence in your ability to manage your financial affairs.0 -
