    I read thrifty Lesley s blog quite often, she does some excellent recipes. I highly rate her pad Thai recipe.


    Im slowly tweaking the recipe to use less syrup/sugar, adding an omega seed mix into the nuts and dried fruit. I like dessicated coconut and coconut flakes in it too ..


    I need to go and have a good look at her site, I tend to flit through bits with the intention of going back but never do lol
