When to inform current mortgage provider of sale

Hi, we have had an offer accepted on our house, and also had an offer accepted on a house we want to buy. Solicitor has been instructed and the mortgage process has been started. We currently have an outstanding mortgage with another lender and will be paying this off with the sale of our house. We know roughly the amount needed to pay off (including the early repayment fee) as we had this confirmed to us at the back end of last year when we started to think about moving.
However, we haven’t mentioned anything about the house sale to them yet. The question is, do I need to get in contact with them to let them know what is happening, or will my solicitor deal with all this on my behalf?
Thanks

You don't.
