I want to get out of the habit of the mid morning packet of crisps snack.
Does anyone have a recipe for protein/breakfast bars?
Something quick and easy that does not have a mountain of ingredients.

Are you thinking of nuts and seeds being the main source of protein or would you add protein powder?
I'm on a lot of healthy eating sites and there is a big trend for clean, 5 ingredient, gluten free,no cook, make ahead protein bars and snacks aimed at the youngsters with the busy life styles.
Just google any of those combinations depending on what you have in mind.0 -
