Welcome finance secured loan question
Just had copies of my many 
CCA's from Welcome (less than £15K secured loans) however 2 of them only show me as the applicant whereas myself and my partner own the property - is this allowed or should they have only allowed the loan to go ahead with both parties signing the agreement?
