Nudge book comps - anyone received prizes?

Hi, I got this at the beginning of March:

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for entering the competition on nudge-book.com.

I am delighted to say that you have won a copy of A Darker State.

If you could send me over your addresses, I will get the book sent out to you ASAP.

Have a lovely evening.

Best,

Alice Beazer

I replied straight away and waited. No book so far. Have e-mailed twice since to enquire but had no reply to my e-mails. Not sure what to do next tbh.

I am also waiting for a prize from the February competitions and am trying to find out what is happening. I do know that the person who took over the running of Nudge-Book comps at the beginning of this year has been extremely busy. I will advise if I can get any info.

Same here. I've won twice with them this year: the first time was at the beginning of the year, and the book did arrive; the second time in March, also a copy of A Darker State, and I've yet to receive the book.

I have now had a reply to my emails. Alice Beazer apologised for the problems saying "I have no explanation other than the fact that we moved offices, took on staff and it has been manic" . She says that she is sending my book along with another in compensation.
Unfortunately, although I did mention 2 other winners who had not received their prizes, she has made no mention of any other winners in her reply. Her reply came after I used the Nudge-Book Contact Us link so would suggest that you chase up through that link if nothing arrives shortly.

Thanks, I've done that, fingers crossed.

And me. I contacted them via the on-site form over a week ago, but still no response.

Despite the email I had, the books have not turned up yet.
I'm a bit reluctant to push too hard as I do know the person dealing is extremely busy just now and under lots of pressure. She's probably getting a bit fed up with me as I've sent her many emails about comp problems on the site but she has always sorted things out pretty quickly until now.
I will give it another week before chasing up again.
