Advice needed on repaying debt

I've been paying off my debts for the past year and have repaid many of them. Now I am in a much better financial situation so it was easy. For most I just set up standing orders and the money went out each week/month and that was it job done.
My problem is with 2 debts I have. One is a provident loan for £600 where I can't get them to give me bank details as its a doorstep collection service and they insist they want to come and collect the money from my door but as I've moved house etc I just don't want that and having to go get the cash out etc it would just be so much easier to pay it by standing order each week as I have the others. Does anyone know of a way to do this or am I just going to have to go through the doorstep collection type process ?
The other is an old cci dating from 2016 for £1600. It was an old catalogue that snowballed and I couldn't afford to repay the cci at the time so ignored it and nothing happened. Since then I have been repaying my debts and trying to clean up my score as it is holding me back from applying for a mortgage etc. I don't have any paperwork for this cci and I don't know what to do about it. How do I find out how to repay it and is it worth chasing to repay it ? I don't want it to come back and bite me later on.
Any advice would be great thanks

You can pay provident via there website :
https://www.providentpersonalcredit.com/contact-us/want-to-make-a-payment/
So I dont know why you have been told that.
As regards the CCJ, contact the court for details of the creditor, or check your credit file.
If you have moved and not told the creditor, it could be that enforcement action may of been taken at your old address without your knowledge.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thats great thanks so much I am so glad I can finally start getting Provident paid off ! Its a huge relief.
I moved a few months ago but keep in touch with the people at my old address so I know that no enforcement has taken place and its from 2016 so its been a long time now. I know the creditor is Cabot so I will try and get in touch with them and find out how to repay them so I can get everything cleared up for good.
Thanks0 -
If you have a Cabot reference number you should be able to register for their website and make payments through there. However with it being a CCJ there may be a different team dealing with it (I had to pay Drydensfairfax even though the account belonged to Cabot)£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120

You don't know what action may have been attempted. Your neighbours wouldn't know if they were trying an attachment of earnings and probably would still not know if the court bailiff had been actioned. Having said that, most ccjs never see any form of enforcement.
The court will be able to tell you, and will not inform the creditor
The ccj will stay on your file till 2022 and if Cabot want paying they can now see your present address on your credit file.
Strictly speaking the ccj is a higher priority than Provident. Both would probably be open to some form of settlement deal if you have a lump sum.0
