Principality - which CRA do they use?

Checked the 'who uses who' thread but to no avail. Can anyone tell me which Credit Reference Agency Principality use when processing mortgage applications? My Call Credit file has an additional default showing so looking to avoid lenders who use them.

Apologies for digging up an old thread but we've now found a house we'd like to make an offer on so if anyone knows it would be very helpful, thanks. I would ask our broker but he's away.

I!!!8217;ve just applied for a mortgage with Principality and they did a hard search on my Experian credit report at AIP stage if that helps?

It does - thanks very much. If they just search Experian that's great for me. Out of interest is it just Experian that the search has shown up on or has it also popped up on Equifax and/or Call Credit?

It hasn!!!8217;t shown up on the other reports but it is quite recent so may just not be showing yet. My full application went into Principality yesterday so still early days for me.

OK, thanks for your reply. I'd be interested if it does pop up on the others, if you're posting in the 'awaiting mortgage decision' thread I'll keep an eye out.
