Mortgage Advice

Hi, I am trying to apply for a mortgage to buy out my ex partner from the home we bought together 4 years ago and I am currently living in. The relationship broke down Sep 2017 and he has moved out. I am not on the deeds or current mortgage as I was unable to do so at the time. I currently have a partial settlement of a mortgage/loan from NRAM/Northern Rock on my credit report from November 2014 with a few credit card debts (50% in use) and earn £40k per year (in northern ireland). Is there any hope I can get a mortgage in my name (needing around £115-120k)? Please help.

Not much else to say here but consult an independent broker who will look at your credit files and undertake affordability calculations for you before finding the lender with the terms which will suit you best.
