Hi
I'm on the look out for a loan, well to be honest I have been for the past few years, unfortunatley I never get accepted, well I did last year for a barclaycard loan of £1000 but anything more and I just get refused, I don't understand this as I keep tabs on my credit reports at least twice a year and everything seems fine, I have quite a few credit cards and it would make my life so much easier if I could put them all in one place and then cut them all up apart from one which has a low credit limit of £200, I think my main problem is that I am self employed and have been for the past 5 years and to make things worse I currently live with my parents as my current financial situation will not allow me to get a place of my own, although just having one loan a month to pay off may infact allow me to share a flat with a friend, I have no problem making my payments I just want to be able to simplify things as receiving statements every so many days and making payments constantly just never seems to end, So the big question I have is Do any of you guys know of a company that will accept a self employed person who doesn't own their own home for a loan ?

Yoy are deluding yourself!
A lot of small credit card debts or one loan payment does not change the total amount owed.
IMO you need to go to the debt free wannabe board - prepare a full statement of income and expenditure and see what you can save on to repay your debts quicker.0
