Strangely named shopsites

I've been looking today to buy a replacement pair of running shoes for a pair of New Balance I have that is discontinued. They still appear on a few sites - but the names of these sites seem to be deliberately constructed so as to NOT be able to search reviews of them on Google etc (the search algorithm breaks it down to something else. Yes these all profess to be shoe shops...)

e.g.
legallyadvised.co.uk (registered to somebody in Manchester according to WHOIS
nikeshoesstoreuk.com (actually registered to somebody in USA)
helpmeread.co.uk (registered to somebody living on a housing estate near me in Putney, London!)

Precious little info (no addresses on the sites), contact only available thru webform, and the social media links don't work Therefore look dodgy.
Does anybody have any experience of these sites? Is this a new (?) way of scamming shoppers? Or might I actually get delivered a pair of shoes?

Only a contact form , no real telephone number or address

Same "chinglish" poor English and grammar
