Hi, In a couple of months we will need to remortgage as 2 yr fixed will come to an end. Want to lock in something longer this time round. Any views on what to do or advice on what to consider - re should we go for 5yr or 10yr fixed.
We can stretch to the extra couple hundred a month I expect 10 yr will cost us, but seems like a long time to be tied in.
Essentially - does anyone have a crystal ball re future interest rates?!
Thanks
