:AGosh the difference MSE makes. One month in, I have gone from over budget to £60 under budget, with long term budget in place. £60 straight off the mortgage. I am calmer, more thoughtful with my choices, and lost 2kg by cutting out the junk food. Making plans knowing there is money in the bank.
Think my baby step too small. Going to make my first target £1140 overpayment by Dec.0 -
First half of refund through £19.
Extra overtime £145.
£164 straight off the mortgage.
Addictive this overpaying0 -

Been quiet having that life I was talking about, but remarkably budget has worked a treat. Everything working well, and another 206 overtime, 100 underspend, and £8 stoozing benefit all payed off the mortgage. Rock n roll.
New internet provider sending me reward (Xmas presents) , and think they emailed me to say due to delay they are paying me some extra, but might of dreamt that so will wait and see,as there wasn't a delay that I noticed compared to shocking customer service on last one.
All good rolling through the summer. X0 -
And 2 steps back. I now need to raise £300 for an overpayment I owe and don't want to derail my mortgage overpayments so Mission :
Raise £300 extra pounds.
1. £48 just applied for work uniform backdated tax rebate.
2. £75 Xmas voucher from internet swap now diverted to this.
3. £19 off first shop with Ocado
And now to see what unwanted rubbish I have for eBay... sold it all last time so fear slim pickings.
And work my way through the main site income raising section see if I've missed anything0
