Selling with HTB and starting new HTB equity loan

Hi All,
Wondering if anyone has had experience with this before, we are trying to sell our property which has a HTB equity loan.
We understand the process of selling with Help to Buy and how it all works in terms of getting a valuation and starting the process of with target.
My query is we are looking to use Help to Buy again with our next purchase, I’ve noticed on Help to Buy websites this is possible but I don’t understand the process of applying again when possibly when you are applying for the new house the sale of the previous house hasn’t gone through yet or it’s all happening as simultaneous transaction?
So for example we apply for Help to Buy again but they notice we already have a Help to Buy Loan. Or do they simply know what we are doing because they have received our valuation for the sale of our existing property so understand what we are doing.
Any guidance or past experience would be appreciated.
Thank you,
