agree with the above talking to anyone at asda these days is a nightmare. they have took it off the site and emptied my baskets. also this has been on different forums since 7.00am yesterday morning so bet loads of people have ordered, asda will make quite a profit me thinks

Haven't taken up this offer due to the crappy customer service that Asda employs. Sent them e-mails before about someother matter that needed addressing many months ago and yet to still hear from them.

Don't tend to use them much now and have taken my business to Tescos even though it's further than the nearest Asda.

I have spoke to the Asda head office in Leeds this morning and they have confirmed that they will not be honouring the price of 10p for crates of Heineken.

PLEASE CANCEL YOUR ORDERS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF £10.00 PER CRATE.

The price online was an inputting error and should have read £10.00. Asda are also well within their rights to charge any customer the full price due to a sneaky line in the terms of your email receipt. This reads:

"The total is an estimate based on the prices we are charging in store today. You will be charged the price in store on the day of delivery and advised of the final price at the time of delivery to you".

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OFFSHORE TEAM WHO RUN THE HOME DELIVERY HELPLINE, THEY ARE MISINFORMING PEOPLE.
