A few interviews in next few weeks, panicking

Remember that when you go for an interview, you are interviewing the prospective employer too.
If you are just looking for a job then it's not so important, but if you are looking for somewhere where you can thrive and enjoy the 40 hours per week of your life you may spend there, then you need to get the right feeling back too.
I will make jokes in an interview - just to gauge their reaction; if you get stonewalled, then maybe it's not the right place.
I've had a few interviews over the past couple of weeks, including three on Friday(!):- One where I felt zero empathy - I'll be withdrawing from that application.
- One cancelled in the morning, as they were re-thinking their requirements.
- One where I believe I have found a place which fits me and they think the same; they've made me an offer which I think I am going to accept.
