Good afternoon.
I have seen on facebook some adverts relating to being able to claim for being missold a interest only mortgage after 2004
I was wondering if this is true or a scam as I havent heard anything at all.

Many of the facebook adverts are scams.
There is no issue with interest-only mortgages. The FOS have an almost template like response to anyone raising complaints. If it was from before the credit crunch and arranged after 2004, it was not missold as there were no rules against interest only. if its before 2004, then its pre-regulation.
A number of the facebook advertising CMCs have upfront fees or are using the data they obtain to sell other services.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Are they fronted by a picture of Martin Lewis and a quote about how he recommends them?0
