Hi there,
Does anyone know of any buy to let mortgages if you are not an owner occupier?
I own a property that is rented out and live with my partner. I am not on the mortgage for the property we live in together, as he owns it and lived here before I moved in.
I have £30K in savings and considering buying another property, but notice a lot of lenders ask you to be an owner occupier.
Alternatively I am thinking of using the £30K to pay off the mortgage on my property, start saving again and think about it again in the future.

You're an experienced landlord, so you will have a number of lenders to choose from.
