Holiday Entitlement

Could someone help with calculating my holiday entitlement please.
I work Tuesday and Wednesday every week and the last 2 Thursdays every month. Some months have 5 Thursdays so this means the calculation isn't quite 2.5 days so need some help please

Assuming every work day has the same number of hours:

You work 52 Tuesdays, 52 Wednesdays and 24 Thursdays a year, = 128 days.

People who work Mon - Fri work 52 x 5 days = 260 days.

So you're entitlement is 128/ 260 of a full time colleague.

Assuming annual leave is 28 days (20 days + 8 bank holidays) you have 13.78 days.

This is only an approximate calculation as there are 365 days in a year, 366 in a leap year whereas 52 weeks is only 364 days,
