I clear between £1000-1200 amonth
My credit ratings from checkmyfile are:

Anyone have any idea why experian is so much lower then the others?

Low.
Unless you have some security like a house with lots of equity.
You are currently paying far too much to service your debt.
You have options though.......
Either go on a serious money diet and start prioritising your repayments to get your debt under control.
Contact a debt charity or citizens advice and look at how you can enter an arrangement with your creditors to repay some of your debt.
Get a consolidation loan for at least the worst credit card debt and then rip those cards up.
No idea why Experian is much lower - maybe their scale is different or they apply a different weighting to late payments.
Good luck.
