Hello,
This is my first time doing this so I do not reallt know how everything goes. I have been sick for full 4 days now and employer asked me to fill in SC2 form. I did but I also wanted to ask and couldn't find any information about if I need to see the doctor or not?
Because it seems to be too easy to fill in the form myself and that is.

You can self certify for the first seven days. After that you would need a fit note from your GP.0
