House on market, intending to sell it, or if not, remortgaging at some point this year. Have reasonable amount of savings for large deposit on next house.
Need to finance purchase of a new car. Choice of using savings to pay for it outright, or balance transfer to a longish offer 0% credit card, and pay it off during the offer period. Borrowing around £9000. No other outstanding debts.
What are implications of a new credit card application now with £9k debt for when I put in the new mortgage application, possibly in the next 3 months or so?
Thanks!

any debt will impact on affordability, have a look at the calculators available at most mainstream lenders"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
